Ive seen this in sri lanka aswell. You can buy posters of naked baby(boys) all over the place..
Your comment: "It’d be really funny to keep this and show it to him when he’s in high school, seems like it would be too much fun." suggests you see it as shamefull in someway. That might be the case if he grew up in a prudish society (like the USA), but why should it be so in any society which has a more healty and natural view on these things?
